Wood Signs

All of our signs are made from real wood! We embrace the natural beauty of the wood, such as knots, grain, small cracks, and holes. Hand making our product may cause variations between the picture and the received item, however we try our best to maintain quality and accuracy for each and every order. Your piece will be wonderfully unique!

Custom Orders

We welcome custom orders! Click here to begin your custom design! Please be as descriptive as possible and provide any and all details that contribute to the overall aesthetic of your design. Please refrain from sending images of a design that you would like replicated. We honor and respect other makers originality and try our best to create a unique and original design of our own. We will email a design draft for your approval before making your product. Please allow a processing time of up to 10-15 business days for a design preview to be emailed to you.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. We have SOLE OWNERSHIP of any and all designs we create, including custom designs. 
  2. We reserve the right to SHARE any and all designs we create, including custom designs, on all social media outlets. 
  3. We reserve the right to SELL any and all designs we create, including custom designs, in any of our retail outlets, including our online store.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 15 - 20 business days for regular wood sign orders to be processed prior to shipping. Our laser engraved items process on a 2 weeks timeline prior to shipping. Custom order requests may take up to 10-15 days to receive a proof design. Rush orders may be available upon request for a small additional charge. 

DIY Kit Crown Club Subscription

Subscription payments are automatically withdrawn on the 1st of the month. They will be mailed on or before the 20th of that same month. To cancel your subscription, please email us at info@queenbhome.com with your full name and email address on file. Cancellation requests MUST be received prior to the 1st and your payment being received by us. Refunds will not be issued. Cancellations made after your account has been charged, will apply to the NEXT month.  In the event that your payment method is not successful, you will be notified by email.  3 month commitment is required. TShirt Crown Club Subscriptions

Subscription payments are automatically withdrawn on the 24th of the month. They will be mailed on or before the 20th of that same month. To cancel your subscription, please email us at info@queenbhome.com with your full name and email address on file. Cancellation requests MUST be received prior to the 24th and your payment being received by us. Refunds will not be issued. Cancellations made after your account has been charged, will apply to the NEXT month.  In the event that your payment method is not successful, you will be notified by email. Shelfie Crown Club Subscriptions

Subscription payments are automatically withdrawn on the 10th of the month. They will be mailed on or before the 20th of that same month. Cancellation requests MUST be received prior to the 24th and your payment being received by us. Refunds will not be issued. Private Paint Classes

We require a minimum of 10 guests for your private event. As the host, we require a deposit of $200  to secure your date. You will have until one week before your event date to secure your seats. Upon 10 guests enrolling, your deposit will be refunded. If your class does not meet the minimum enrollment, we will issue store credit for those purchased or the option to take your craft and complete it on your own. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED. 

Shipping

All of our products are shipped via 2-3 day USPS priority mail with insurance and tracking or UPS and FEDEX with insurance and tracking 4-7 day home delivery.  Local Arizona sales are available for pick up. At check out, please select the pick up option. Please note: We are not responsible for stolen, lost, undelivered or mis-delivered mail. Please be sure to accurately input your delivery information. In the unlikely event of a shipping issue, please contact us.
